FAQs

How does the process of Graphic Recording work?

During the live event we are in your conference, meeting or workshop room as a silent companion, drawing and noting key points from the presentation.
We work on large A1 foam boards with lots of colour which makes the whole experience a lot of fun

as well as being very informative.

We then 'stack' the work as it's drawn in real time for delegates to look at, photograph, discuss, Tweet

and share.

what kind of preparation do I have to take care of?

A preparatory meeting is best conducted by phone to clarify content and logistics. On site, all you need to provide is a reasonable sized table or working surface. Usually we need a small window of time before the event starts to prepare ourselves in the room making sure we are positioned where we can see and hear what’s being discussed.

What happens to the graphic after our session?

The graphics will be yours after our session. You get the originals as well as digitized photos we take of them and all timelapse videos of graphics will be emailed. You will have all rights so feel free to use them for your internal or external communication.

In which countries do you offer your services?

We are based in Scotland UK and available for work internationally.

How do you structure your fees?

Our fees include any preparatory work and research, our time together during your event and post-processing. Your project costs all depend on the size and scope of your project.

Any additional costs can be discussed prior to commencing work.

Our fees range from £600 per day.  Material, travel and any accomodation costs are additional and will be added into our final quote.

We appreciate that some smaller organisations have limited budgets so we are happy to discuss.

We would like to book you?

Let’s talk about your project and goals, about what you and your group need and how we can be involved.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email.
